Notification/Ad/Service provider SMSs have a prefix like AM, DZ, LM etc. in the 'Sender' info e.g. AM-ICICIB, DZ-HDFCBK, LM-FLIPKT. This format is specified by TRAI and has to be used by the Bulk SMS providers used by these organizations. The last 6 letters are for the organization to choose(like ICICIB for ICICI Bank). First Letter - Code for the Telecom Service Provider used by the Bulk SMS provider Second Letter - Code for the Location of Origin of the message So AM means that the telecom service provider is Airtel and it originated from Mumbai.

भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 46 के प्राविधानों के आलोक में उत्तराखण्ड सरकार समाज के सर्वाधिक निर्बल वर्गों यथा अनुसूचित जाति, निराश्रित वृद्ध एवं असहाय लोगों के समग्र उत्थान हेतु कृत संकल्प है। नव गठित उत्तराखण्ड राज्य में 2011 की जनगणना के आधार पर साक्षरता का सकल प्रतिशत 79.60, जिनमें पुरूषों का प्रतिशत 83.30 तथा महिलाओं का प्रतिशत 59.60 है। वर्ष 2011 की जनगणना के आधार पर राज्य की कुल जनसंख्या 1,00,86,292 में से अनुसूचित जाति की जनसंख्या 18,92,516 तथा अनुसूचित जनजाति की जनसंख्या 2,91,903 हैं। प्रदेश की कुल जनसंख्या में अनुसूचित जातियों की जनसंख्या 19 प्रतिशत है तथा अनुसूचित जनजातियों की जनसंख्या 4 प्रतिशत है। आबादी के इस शोषित एवं उपेक्षित वर्ग के सर्वांगीण विकास के बिना प्रदेश का विकास भी सम्भव नहीं है। विकास के इस मुख्य बिन्दु को ध्यान में रखते हुए ही समाज कल्याण विभाग की स्थापना की गयी है। बौना पेंशन योजना बौना पेंशन योजना- बौने व्यक्ति को समाज के साथ तथा सामाजिक परिवेश में अपने जीवन-यापन करने मे कठिनाई का सामना करना पड़ता है अतः उत्तराखण्ड़ राज्य के बौने व्यक्तियों ...
